Dylan Smith Greene, born in August 2005 to a family where nicknames run wild, was immediately dubbed Dlish because of her edible personality. Not long after Dylan was born, mother and founder, Cortney DeBasio Greene, found herself overwhelmed with the vast amount of children's clothing only available in pastel pink or baby blue. Determined to give other parents more of an option, Cortney decided to develop her own line of clothing.

After conceptualizing in dreams and talking a big game, Cortney decided to take her ideas a step further by researching the competition with a journey to a trade show in NYC. Upon arrival in the big city she sought advice from close friend and production specialist, Jennifer Bannan. After several discussions and learning that Jennifer too would be joining the ranks of a new mom, desperately in need of a simple, colorful onesie- Cortney asked her to join the adventure.

And here we are, escaping pastels, one onesie at a time…
